The founder

I'm Val Narodetsky. Ukrainian-born, arrived in the United States in 1998, and built multiple companies from zero to acquisition. As CEO of Odesa.co, I connect American tech companies with elite Eastern European engineering talent.

But my most personal project started with my own biology.

At 40, I found myself in the same situation as millions of professionals: high-performing at work, declining physically. My PCP said my numbers were “normal.” But normal felt terrible. Fatigue. Brain fog. Declining recovery. I dove into the research and built a personal protocol:
